My Goal

My goal is to update this every Sunday. I  wanted to put up pictures form our fun  trip to City Walk and a new family picture we took after church but there was a "problem/accident" and the pictures got deleted- whoops! There are worst thing that could've happened.

We survived another week.   Church is a challenge now that the girls are mobile. Olivia takes a few steps now. She isn't full blown walking but getting there. Makenna does not want to stand up by herself. She can however get the toilet paper roll and that is her new favorite game. 

I am so grateful for them and for our family. Thank you everyone that loves us.  We are so blessed!!

 

Mommy's helpers- kind of..

I looked over today to see that they had unloaded the laundry basket and had climbed inside,

They were so happy and content being in there together. Luckily I hadn't folded it yet. I have learned that lesson the hard way.

1 year check up

We went for the girl's one year visit on Thursday. Makenna weighed 19 lbs 11 oz and was 29 " long.( 15th percentile) Olivia weighed 17 lbs 4 oz and was 28 "inches long. The nurse measured her at 281/2 last week so I guess it depends on who you ask. (4th percentile)

The Dr said even though they are small he was pleased with their growth and development.

 

Big Girls!

I decided that the girls were ready to sit in the car cart at Albertson's. They were really excited and proud of them selves. The first few aisles went really well- then I was at the dairy aisle and looked down. Olivia had stood up, crawled over her sister and was trying to climb on the butter packages. After that it went downhill. 

We are ONE

We are in shock that Makenna and Olivia are already one. We are happy we made it through the year and for all the people who have supported us. I wanted to create a way to keep up w/ all the photo requests(HI Lauren) and record milestones. 

We had a big party to celebrate the girls birthday.
